Farrukh founded Lynwood Partners in 2017. He has over 25 years of industry, consulting and investment experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including the railroad, trucking, small parcel, freight forwarding and air cargo sectors. Prior to starting Lynwood, he was a Partner with The Clarendon Group. Prior to joining Clarendon, Farrukh was a Partner in the Manufacturing, Transportation and Energy Group of Oliver Wyman Consulting. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Farrukh was a Principal in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Transportation Practice, working for clients in the public and private sector.
Before working at Booz Allen, Farrukh was Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Electron Economy, a leading provider of supply chain software. At Electron Economy, his team was responsible for recruiting, structuring and maintaining third-party relationships with leading transportation and supply chain technology companies.
Prior to Electron Economy, Farrukh was a Principal in A.T. Kearney’s Transportation Strategy Practice, where he led engagements across the spectrum of the transportation and logistics space for corporate and private equity clients. While at A.T. Kearney, his research was published in Traffic World, Railway Age and Purchasing.
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Farrukh worked in various sales and marketing positions with The Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad and as a financial analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank. He received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA in Management, Marketing and Transportation from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Julian joined Lynwood Partners in 2017. He has over 5 years of industry and consulting experience with clients in the transportation industry, including the cruise, trucking and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Lynwood, Julian worked in Executive Search as an Account Manager at Insight Global specializing in Managed IT Services, servicing companies in the transportation and logistics industry. At Insight Global, he led a cross office initiative focused on better understanding the industry and how different segments operate in the broader supply chain.
Julian received his BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. While at Maryland, Julian interned at several financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, UBS and Stewards Partners. He worked within the Strategy as well as the Global Wealth Management Teams to help improve business processes as well as tailor investment portfolios to a variety of high net worth individuals.
